Order processing
Confirmed orders are typically prepared within 2–4 business days. Weekends, holidays, stock checks, and destination may affect timing.
Domestic shipping
Available carriers and estimated delivery windows depend on the destination and parcel. Please review the address carefully before confirmation.
Damage or incorrect items
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order details and clear photographs. We will review the circumstances and offer an appropriate next step where possible.
Returns and exchanges
Contact us within 14 days. Unopened, unused items may be eligible for review. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products are generally not returnable unless damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are processed after inspection; timing varies by method.
